What type of coaching do you do?
I offer Somatic Coaching as well as Transformational NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coaching. While somatic coaching focuses on the mind-body connection and helps you release tension and build resilience, NLP coaching works with language and thought patterns to facilitate personal growth and change.

These two types of coaching can be done separately or combined, depending on your needs and goals. For instance, you might choose to focus on somatic techniques to enhance your emotional awareness and physical well-being, or you may prefer to work with NLP to shift limiting beliefs and develop new strategies for success. What is a Somatic Coaching Session?
A somatic coaching session is a supportive and experiential process that emphasizes the connection between your mind and body. We’ll begin by creating a safe space for you to express your thoughts and feelings. I’ll guide you in tuning into your physical sensations, emotions, and breath, helping you become more aware of any stress or tension you may be holding.

One important technique we might use is guided interoception, which focuses on sensing your internal bodily signals. For example, I may ask you to identify where you feel tension in your body and describe the sensations—like tightness or warmth. This practice enhances your awareness of how your body communicates emotions.

Throughout the session, we’ll incorporate movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you release tension and build resilience. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, allowing you to explore challenges and discover new ways to find balance in your life. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to your inner self.

What is a Transformational NLP Coaching Session?
A Transformational NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coaching session is a focused and interactive process designed to help you identify and shift limiting beliefs, patterns, and behaviors that may be holding you back. During the session, we’ll explore your thoughts and language to uncover how they influence your feelings and actions. Through various NLP techniques, such as reframing, anchoring, and visualization, we’ll work together to create new, empowering perspectives and strategies. What training do you have?
I am an NLP Master Practitioner and I’m currently completing my first year of a three-year Somatic Experiencing training program. This combination of skills allows me to support clients in unique and powerful ways, blending the insights of Neuro-Linguistic Programming with the mind-body connection principles of Somatic Experiencing. As I continue my journey in this training, I’m excited to deepen my understanding and enhance the tools I offer for personal growth and healing.

Is Somatic Coaching or Transformational Coaching mental health therapy?
No, Somatic coaching and Transformational Coaching are not mental health therapy and should not be considered a substitute for professional mental health support. I am not a mental health professional. My coaching is focused on personal growth and well-being rather than addressing clinical mental health issues. If you are in need of mental health therapy or assistance, I strongly encourage you to seek care from a qualified mental health provider. Your mental and emotional well-being is essential, and it's important to get the right support when needed.

What are my payment options?
You can pay using cash or card.  I accept all major credit cards.

Is your space accessible?
Yes.  We have a ramp into the building and our restroom is accessible.

What should I do if I have an appointment and get sick?
It may be possible to move your session to zoom if you are feeling well enough for that. Please contact me as soon as possible to alter, cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you get sick within the 24 hours prior to your appointment please call me directly, as within that time frame you won’t be able to cancel/reschedule online.
